Like the other commentator I also find this hard to believe, having founded and launched a successful startup in the same space under the same premise.
My take from your review is that you didn’t do enough to onboard customers (ie hand holding them when they froze at the DNS stage) or otherwise that they were not appropriately pre-qualified as wanting to switch (and pay!).
There’s definitely customers out there, have you thought about partnering with a Managed WorsPress Platform to license or sell your technology?
